What would it look like if the weed smoked the bloke? 

​

I have often wondered this myself, so the idea became a painting. 

 

But what if this image was saying something more? What if the guy being smoked represents the human race, and the menacing weed is the hidden hand of power that exploits and enslaves humanity? 

 

It is no accident that the object being smoked is fast asleep and completely oblivious. 

 

With that in mind, the painting takes on a whole new dimension, does it not?
