Intestinal Man
Computer graphic
I had fun with this one, morphing a photo of myself while I was very ill with chronic fatigue, a wretched condition that afflicts so many people these days.
It pretty much depicts how I felt at the time. Done when I was 38 years old in 1996, it was my first stab at using Photoshop, where I taught myself how to use all the basic drawing tools in the kit, and it helped me put my situation into perspective at a time when my entire world had caved in.

It looks gross, but at the time it gave me a wicked sense of delight and the absurd surreal comedy of it helped me through a very bleak and hopelessly dark time.
